About Pasquay Legal

I have been working as a lawyer in banking, capital market, and regulatory law for over 20 years. I advise my clients across borders with a particular focus on structured finance, capital market transactions, and regulatory proceedings—whether vis-à-vis BaFin, FMA, or other European supervisory authorities.

After completing my studies in Hamburg and Munich, I was admitted to the bar in 2004. Parallel to my work at the law firm, I completed an MBA at the University of Pittsburgh (USA) and obtained the title of specialist lawyer for banking and capital market law. In addition, I qualified as a Certified Compliance Officer.

I specialised in capital market law early on, both from my own experience in financial sales and as a lawyer, initially representing investors and then advising issuers.

Since founding my own law firm, I have focused on providing personal, targeted advice, particularly to small and mid-cap issuers and innovative financial service providers.
